LGBQIAP+ stands for: lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer/questioning, intersex, asexual/ally, pansexual/polyamory, and others. 

Words, especially in the LGBTQ+ community, can be confusing for those new to, or even seasoned members of, the LGBTQ+ community.
