FEES:

Sessions are $250 per session.

Please note: While we do have scholarship positions, they are full.

INSURANCE:

Unfortunately, Apoio Counseling does not accept insurance. Apoio Counseling is considered an “out of network” provider for all insurances in Florida and Colorado. We are happy to provide you with a form you can send in to your insurance for possible reimbursement (often called a “superbill”), but payment will still be your responsiblity.

To check if your insurance has “out of network” services, I encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card to find out what your “out-of-network” benefits are just so there aren’t any scary financial surprises. Ask them where to send what’s called a “Superbill,” that’s the form I’ll give you. I’ll give you everything you need for that, you just need the address.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday-Thursday : 9:30am-6:00pm EST / 7:30am-4:00pm MST

Friday: As needed on a case-by-case basis

Saturday and Sunday: Closed
