FEES:

Sessions are $250 per session.

Please note: While we do have scholarship positions, they are full.

INSURANCE:

Apoio Counseling is a private-pay provider. That means we are considered an “out of network” provider for all insurances in Florida and Colorado. While we do not accept insurances directly, your plan may have out-of-network (OON) benefits, which means your insurance will reimburse you for a portion of the session cost.

If you do have OON benefits, I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network processing automatically for you. They will take care of submitting and managing the claims for you, so you don’t have to worry about submitting superbills.

Once you meet your deductible, you also have the option to pay a reduced fee for our sessions, instead of needing to pay our full rate and waiting for a reimbursement check. HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday-Thursday : 9:30am-6:00pm EST / 7:30am-4:00pm MST

Friday: As needed on a case-by-case basis

Saturday and Sunday: Closed
